What are your dreams and goals?
To retire before I am 50 and settle in warmer climes – in a villa with a pool overlooking the sea. |

 |
pare time? |
|
 |
What do you do in your spare time?
Soccer Mum. Avid supporter of my son Sam (10) in his football which takes up most weekends. Enjoy swimming, reading and nothing better than chilling with friends over glass or two of Rose. |

What are you most passionate about?
Extremely passionate about ENET’s Property Services. Very proud of what we have achieved to date but driven to achieving further success and growth. I am extremely fortunate to be in a job I love and work with colleagues who are good fun, motivated and highly talented. |

ikes and dislikes? |
|
 |
Likes – my day can tend to revolve around food so I like chocolate, crisps and cheese.
Dislikes – people who moan about everything and anything. Everyone has choices to make in life and if you’re not happy about something you do something about it and don’t sit around moaning. |

Be truthfull!
Mid thirties – going to be 36 later this year but much prefer referring to mid-30s rather than late 30s. |
 |

icknames? |
|
 |
Tell us about any nicknames you have?
In the office I’m always known and recognised as KP – nothing to do with my liking for nuts or crisps, just association with my name (personally think its because people never know how to pronounce my surname). At home its “face”. Apparently I often have a ‘face’on – can you imagine, me temperamental, never! |

 |
ext big adventure? |
|
 |
| I would love to run a marathon before I am 40. Being someone who would struggle to run for the bus let alone 20+ miles this is a fair challenge but one I am determined to do. PS, I had originally set this challenge for before I was 30 so it’s slipped a little. |

What does you office space say about you?
If I had my own way the office would be completely free of paper, boxes, storage and people! The minimalist look is what I aim for but rarely achieve with my colleagues liking for guddle. We operate open plan office environments with hot desks to encourage good utilisation of space and good communication between colleagues. |

| asplanned Reject Dr Happy’s Unhappy Talk |
 |
 |
 |
asplanned managing director Andy Stewart has defended his fellow Scots after they were described as “a people who prefer being miserable than happy”.
A recent Newsweek article highlighted a visit to Scotland by University of Illinois psychologist, Dr Ed Diener, who has studied happiness for 25 years.
Dr Happy said: “They (the Scots) said too much happiness might not be such a good thing. They like being dour, and didn't appreciate being told they should be happier.”
But Andy, who remains remarkably update despite his football team (Dundee Utd) being gubbed in a CIS Cup Final penalty shoot out, claims Scots business owners could have the last laugh if they follow his advice.
He reckons companies considering refurbishing their premises should put more emphasis on injecting a slice of humour in to the office environment.
Andy explained: “Every study you care to look at will tell you that a happy workforce is more productive, loyal and responsive so it’s good business sense to make the workplace as fun and happy as possible.
“We Scots are a friendly, happy people who are always up for a laugh but employers could be doing so much more to make people happy at their work.
“asplanned would be delighted, in fact ecstatic, to provide advice on how employers can brighten up their working environment to ensure their staff are happy, contented and will look forward to coming in to work each day.” |

Leading marketing design and digital agency, Avian Communications, are to move from their current home at Dundee Technology Park to Broughty Ferry.
The relocation to the former Congregational Church of Broughty Ferry is due to a boost in their client base and also a desire to create a stimulating working environment for their staff.
asplanned will be assisting with creating the desired vibrant workplace by providing space planning, utilisation of existing furniture, move management, supplying new furniture and some design advice. |

| Craig Takes asplanned’s Seat On Board |

Dundee United boss Craig Levein was given a boost in the run up to the CIS Cup Final against Rangers at Hampden.
asplanned gifted the recently appointed Director of Football at Tannadice with a director’s chair in the striking tangerine and black colours of the Tayside club.
The stylish chair was presented to the Arabs boss by asplanned managing director Andy Stewart to mark his appointment to the club’s board of directors.
Andy Stewart, said: “We support Dundee United in a number of ways and we thought it was important that Craig is fully supported with office furniture that befits his new role as a director.
“It has been a great time to be associated with Dundee United and everyone enjoyed our day out at Hampden despite the result. If everything had gone asplanned I had hoped to see Craig sitting in our chair firmly grasping the CIS League Cup but unfortunately that was not to be.”
Craig Levein added: “We have been overwhelmed with goodwill messages from ordinary fans and sponsors such as asplanned and it softened the blow of not bringing back the silverware to Tannadice.” |
